The Union Government of India is depriving the educated youth in INDIA particularly Gram Rojgar Sevak who are playing a lead role in Implementation of NREGA for the rural masses.
The different State Governments are denying full wages/Remuneration to Gram Rojgar Sevak arguing that they have to manage NREGA with just 6% administrative expences.
Here we demand to Prime Minister of India Manmohan Sing that
1. Fix The Remuneration of Gram rojgar sevak Rs 9000/- per Month in all over India
this amount should be provided by Union Government as separate grant in aid for
NREGA staff ( Gram Rojgar Sevak , Field Assistant, Surveyor, Data Entry operator etc) to the State Governments
2.Give Job Security & appointment letter to every Gram Rojgar Sevak.
3. Every Village Panchayat should provide "Rojgar Kaksh" & spent at least Rs 40'00000 for rural employment

What's about Rajasthan's GRS ? Are they permanent staff in panchayat according to the order of Rajasthan Govt Gramin Bikash ebang Panchayeti Raj Bibhag , dated on 03/08/2009 ? The order was signed by Mr Rajendra Bhanabat ( Secretary).

ReplyDeleteNow the Rate of labour @Rs.136/1md and a semi skilled labour @204/25 unskilled md as a result we think that our monthly remoration is too much poor than a supervisor/unskilled labour. But we think that the telented students ( from science stream) of INDIA are engaged as a grs and all of GRS are higher qulified. Being higher educated & the developer of Rural tribes worker ( GRS) they are not in eye of GOVERNMENT. So we have to join with all INDIA GRS Sangathan so that we can reach at the aim of our life.

Except Orissa Most of states have no supply computers from Govt side. but the Govt of their state decide the GRS must be regularies and get remuneration more than 9000 to above. The Orissa Govt Supplies the Computers to each panchayat to handle and operate the GRS and put online entry the MGNREGS, IAY, PAMIS, PIASOFT and other Govt program soft. So We demand the GRS get regularies with Data-entry- Operator in Grampanchayat level with 10000 Remuneration above.

I am IRSHAD KHAN ,Gram Rojgar Sevak,from bhatni panchayat dist. and teh. vidisha. we should tray to fight for enhancing salary of GRS according to the aducation and work level should be 9000-12000 like athor stat's GRS salary. come on front.
